The house features a living room with a kitchenette, a south-facing terrace, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with showers. The beach is only about 350 metres from the holiday village.<br><br>As a well-equipped end-of-row house, this property in the holiday village is popular with families. On the ground floor is the living room with an LCD TV (66 cm) and a DVD player. For the fifth person, a sofa bed (90 x 200 cm) is available as a sleeping option. For comfort during the cold season, the cosy fireplace will provide warm comfort until 2024. Directly from the living area, you can step out onto the south-facing terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the sun in the summer.<br><br>The well-equipped kitchenette in this holiday home features a 4-burner stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and many electric kitchen appliances.<br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and a shower room with natural light. For longer stays, our guests are welcome to use the free washing machine. Upstairs is the second, larger bedroom with a comfortable double bed (2x90x200 cm). The closet here offers plenty of storage space for your travel items. The second spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on this floor. A high chair is available for our younger guests.<br><br>Note for guests with allergies: This house features laminate flooring and tile. In both bedrooms, you can darken the windows with exterior blinds, and both bedrooms are also equipped with fly screens. Please note that this is a smoke-free holiday home and pets are not allowed. A bicycle and a handcart (subject to availability) are available free of charge in a storage room in the shed right next to the house.<br><br>The “Urlauberdorf” holiday complex is quietly located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. A parking space is available near the house. The Urlauberdorf complex features a large children’s playground with a wooden climbing frame, sandpit, ping-pong table, football field, and benches for adults. Bedding and towels are not included. The townhouses span two levels and typically feature three rooms (a living room and two bedrooms). Some homes have a second bathroom or a guest bathroom. In almost all homes, a wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere, especially in the fall and winter. The terraces are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying meals together.<br><br>The townhouses and semi-detached homes are accessible only via the boardwalk paths. Spacious lawns between the homes create an ideal natural setting.<br><br>Some homes have sheds or storage areas available for your bicycles.
