Modern Comforts--Spacious living area with WiFi, a Smart TV with cable and streaming, an in-unit washer and dryer for your exclusive use, updated tile and stone shower with provided bath linens and basic toiletries, full sized kitchen including stone countertop, cookware and tableware, and basic oil and spices for home cooked meals, dining for 4

Flexible Space--Queen bedroom with ample storage, full-size bed in unique second-level loft, leather sofa with easily convertible arms and back to make a twin bed, all bed linens provided

Outdoor Perks--Hose and shower for rinsing off, comfortable front porch seating area, provided beach chairs, beach bag, small cooler and beach towels, free assigned parking spot diagonal from the cottage entrance

Located within walking distance of local entertainment, dining, parks, and shops, this cottage is also nestled away far enough to offer a retreat and sanctuary.

*Place used towels and bedding in laundry baskets *Set thermostat to 75 degrees
*Turn off lights and appliances, can leave ceiling fans on *Lock the storage area, return its key to hook @ front door *Lock both exterior doors via keypad center button
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
*This is a residential neighborhood so please keep noise to a minimum. IRB quiet hours 10pm - 7am *One designated parking spot is provided, marked 11
Use #11 parking tag on vehicle dash to prevent being towed. Parking tags are located inside front pocket of Welcome packet. Please return at check-out
Observe hurricane evac orders, be aware of rip currents, protect sea turtles, be respectful of neighbors and their property, and limit sand coming in

We found this neighborhood highly desirable as our getaway due to its dual nature. It offers the perk of being near all the community features one enjoys on a vacation such as a variety of restaurants and outdoor activities while at the same time presents exceptional natural beauty, a peaceful setting, and a slower pace to life. It is a safe and quiet beach.
