This vacation home is located on the edge of the harbor village Zerpenschleuse. The cozy wooden holiday home in Scandinavian style offers a dream vacation all year round in the green north of Brandenburg between water and meadow, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the landscape thanks to the good location of the house.

Thanks to the galleried second floor and the generous panoramic windows that extend from the floor to the roof, the house is particularly bright and friendly. The view falls again and again and from everywhere on the enchanting landscape, the water and the colorful hustle and bustle all around.

Even in winter the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is worth a trip. In the vacation home, you can warm up again in front of the crackling fireplace in the living room after a walk along the icy lake or through the snow-covered forests. The stove provides cozy warmth and a cozy place for the whole family. A CO² alarm is available.

The house has two separate bedrooms. In the house there is fiber optic WLAN. In the living room there is a LED SMART TV connected via the WLAN. Under the wellness shower in the spacious bathroom on the first floor it is also wonderful to relax. A special feature of the vacation home is the outdoor sauna (barrel sauna), which is available to you here. In the kitchen there are two coffee machines: a filter coffee machine and a Senseo pad machine (please bring your own pads). To the house also belongs a tool shed with storage facilities for e.g. brought bicycles.

Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the nature park Barnim and the biosphere reserve Schorfheide. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.

In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.

The Zerpenschleuse harbor village is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests have to rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
