Roll in anytime after 3 pm to a flat, spacious driveway and an open-layout casita where the living, kitchen & dining areas flow together.

Kick your feet up in the reclining loveseat/play games/dance. Stream with 100 mbps Wi-Fi, play music on Bluetooth speakers in the livingroom and main bath, or enjoy some TV after a day of activities.

Kitchen & dining: fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, plus plenty of counter space if you love to cook. For easy meals, fire up the backyard flat-top gas griddle—great for burgers. The dining table seats six with extra chairs on hand.

Bedrooms: Natural light fills each room by day; light-blocking curtains make it easy to sleep in.

Outdoor moments: sip coffee on the front porch (garden views) or back deck (seasonal mountain views). Evenings = firepit in the backyard.

This host is the best! The place was immaculate and homey. She left little notes that we needed to know about . She provided a continental breakfast for us including cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and milk. She left amenities in both bathrooms for us to use if we needed it which was very generous. She had recommendations for places to eat and fun attractions. 10 out of 10. You cannot go wrong by renting this VRBO!

This was the cleanest VRBO that I have ever stayed in. It was also stocked with more daily necessities than any other property. The mattress on the King bed in the master bedroom was amazing. The house is in a great location. It's in a quiet neighborhood, dining and shopping is 5 minutes away. I will definitely stay here again. The owner is very attentive and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns

Why they chose this property

This one level rancher is on a beautiful lot. It's also adorned with evergreens which line the street on the front of the property. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet yet within 5 minutes of stores and restaurants. Centrally located with easy access to the Great Smokies (35 mins), lakes & hiking trails (20 mins), UT football (30 mins) and entrance to the Tail of the Dragon (5 mins).

What makes this property unique

Very homey, peaceful with all the creature comforts needed. One level rancher with only one step into the house. Range, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer included. Very comfortable mattresses. Fully stocked kitchen. Tankless water heater for long, warm baths or showers.
