Grundsätzlich schöne Wohnung mit (behebbaren) Mängeln

Die Wohnung machte auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck, jedoch fielen beim zweiten Blick einige Mängel auf: Der Lüfter im Bad funktionierte nicht, so dass es schwer war, das Bad richtig zu lüften/trocken zu bekommen. Dies scheint schon eine Weile so zu sein, denn an der Decke hatte sich Schimmel gebildet. Die bereitliegenden Handtücher waren leider sichtbar verdreckt, jedoch gab es ja eine Waschmaschine in der FeWo. Bei Ankunft quoll die zur FeWo gehörende Mülltonne schon über, was - besonders mit Kleinkind und Windeln - das Müllentsorgen problematisch machte. Das Problem hier könnte sein, dass alle anderen Mülltonnen ein Schloss hatten, außer die Tonne der FeWo - so dass im Zweifel auch andere Leute in dieser Tonne ihren Müll entsorgen konnten. Darüber hinaus fand sich Ungeziefer in der FeWo. All diese Punkte haben wir noch während des Urlaubs der Agentur gemeldet, doch leider gab es keinerlei Form von Rückmeldung/Reaktion hierauf, was wir als recht enttäuschend empfanden. Grundsätzlich war alles wie im Inserat angegeben, jedoch empfanden wir einige Ausstattungsmerkmale als unzureichend (z.B. ist die Küche nicht wirklich gut für selber Kochen ausgestattet, und der Esstisch ist so klein, dass man mit 5 oder 6 Leuten nicht gut daran sitzen kann). Die Lage ist top, und würden die o.g. Punkte behoben, wäre es auch eine wirklich sehr gute Ferienwohnung.

Unglaublich schöne Insel

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe zum Strand, auserhalb vom Zentrum was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat. Außerdem gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Fahrradverlei, eine Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von der Insel Norderney.
