FEWO Goslar

Sehr saubere niedliche FEWO, leider im Sommer sehr warm, und für Leute , die schlecht zu Fuss sind , ist sie sehr mühselig zu erreichen ( 3 schmale und steile Treppen ). Sonst sehr gute Lage inmitten der Goslarer Altstadt.

Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss. Ist im allgemeinen immer etwas wärmer unterm Dach und besonders bei weit über 30 Grad Außentemperatur , auch bei guter Isolierung.Und wenn man eine Dachwohnung in einem historischen Altstadthaus bucht und sich mal die Fotos anschaut, weiß man schon, daß es da wohl Treppen gibt. Ansonsten vielen Dank ür die gute Bewertung
