Largest Remodeled 2 bd+ 2 bath+ Loft Overlooking Pool, Gated, Tennis, Pickleball

One of the largest units in Point Tapatio. Fabulous two level, 1337 square foot condo with fantastic pool views. Unit includes 2 BR, 2 BA, Loft, and a 20 foot vaulted ceiling in the living room. This condo occupies the upper two floors of a 3 story complex, and is very quiet. Includes 3 patios with views of the pool, hot tub and mountains in the background. Everything is kept pristine and very clean.

The unit has been remodeled with granite counter-tops, new flooring, paint, new bedding, linens, accessories for the kitchen and new furniture. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 with a California king in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a trundle bed in the 2nd level loft that can be converted to two twin beds.

The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex features 3 pools, 3 spas, tennis and pickle ball and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7-mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Everything was perfect. We felt very at home here, Tracy went above and beyond to get us checked in early with our young kids. Condo was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. We loved the huge ensuite and enjoyed the upper floor. This location was perfect for all the places we explored during our stay. The pool so close was such a nice feature and we were there multiple times a day. We enjoyed the bbqs as well. My ONLY critical review is that with young kids we found the pool often had a senior crowd. Which was fine until they got cranky with our kids for splashing to which we found frusterating. All in all this was an amazing vacation spot for our family of young kids. 10/10 recommend.

First, the host and their communications were top shelf. Clear, concise check in/out instructions left nothing to question. The property and grounds are clean and well kept.
