Oberzwota Vacation Rental “Auf der Sonnenseite”

Our holiday rental is located in Klingenthal, in the Zwota/Oberzwota district. Klingenthal is part of the scenic music and winter sports region in the Upper Vogtland.
The quiet district of Oberzwota is an ideal destination for nature lovers seeking relaxation, as well as hikers, cyclists, joggers, and winter sports enthusiasts.
Since Oberzwota is located on the western outskirts of Klingenthal, it is approximately 7 km to the town centre or to the neighbouring towns of Markneukirchen or Schöneck.
Many attractions are easily accessible from the holiday rental, allowing you to enjoy an eventful holiday—whether by car, on foot along well-marked hiking trails, by bike, or via public transport.
The accommodation, which features a separate entrance, sleeps 4 people. Two separate rooms with a double bed (box spring) and a pull-out couch, a small bathroom (shower, toilet, and sink), and a well-equipped kitchen-living room ensure a relaxing stay.
You’ll have access to a comfortably furnished kitchen, which opens onto the living area featuring a fireplace, satellite TV, radio, Wi-Fi, and a couch. For your safety, a fire blanket as well as smoke and CO detectors are provided.
For our younger guests, we provide a cot, a high chair, and toys in the apartment. Outside, there is a children’s slide and a swing set.
The patio is equipped with patio furniture, a dining set (1 table and 4 chairs), a patio umbrella, a fold-out wind and privacy screen, 2 lounge chairs, and a lounge seating area for 4 people. You can also grill on the patio.
A parking space is available for your use.
