It is necessary to fill the tank manually and put it in the sun to warm the shower water. Bed linen and towels are at your disposal. Electricity in the house is generated by solar energy (220 V), but is not suitable for household appliances other than battery chargers and lights. It is possble to charge mobile phones with the standard charger, so please bring it with you. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Water and electricity should be treated sparingly. The water tank contains 15,000 l. Water stays in the tank during the heat, so we recommend buying bottled drinking water. The house is directly accessible by car (parking is located in front of the house) on an improvised and slightly rough (gravel / earth) road over the hill from Nevidane, which can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable by a normal car, with easy and careful driving. Guests may have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out.
