Welcome to Casa Alafia at Riverview.

This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Riverview. With three comfortable bedrooms, including one full bed and two queen beds, guests will find plenty of space to relax. The lovely bathroom features a refreshing shower and a handy hair dryer. Whether you want to cool off or stay cozy, the excellent air conditioning and heating keep the atmosphere just right. An iron is also available to keep your clothes looking sharp. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
Quite time is at 9 pm. The property shares backyard with tiny home on the far left end of the back of the property.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before leaving all you need to do are the following: 1-Turn off all lights and fans 2-Place all towels in the hallway. 3-No need to strip the beds
4-Organize all trash in bags and place them next to entrance door 5-Lock all doors and windows 6-Do a final walkthrough to make sure all your belongings are with you

Why they chose this property

The house is centrally located in the close to the middle of the lot that allows great space for parking in the front and a lovely backyard that includes a fire pit and a fountain. 2 bedrooms at the right side and the third on the left side. The living room is in the middle with a door on the back for access to the covered patio with a BBQ and outdoor table.

Property has an occupied guest house not included in the listing at the far end left side of the property
