Nette Wohnung mit ungenügendem Check-in Vorgang

Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Neustadt. Gemütlich eingerichtet, Küche mit allen wesentlichen Utensilien ausgestattet. Beim Check-in fehlte ein Schlüssel und so konnten wir die Wohnung nur unter Zusatzaufwand und verspätet beziehen. Bis wir einen eigenen Schlüssel hatten und die Wohnung entsprechend zu gewünschten Zeiten betreten konnten, dauerte es zwei Tage - so etwas strapaziert die Nerven und ist einfach nicht in Ordnung!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, frisch renoviert, sauber und nett eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht. In der Umgebung findet man viele Restaurants, Geschäfte, Eisdielen, Spielplätze und Wege zum Spazieren gehen oder Rad fahren. Auch einen Parkplatz haben wir immer in der Nähe gefunden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Und sie sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir benötigten in zwei Situationen ihre Unterstützung: im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein elektronisches Dachfenster, das einmal ausgefallen war. Es wurde sofort ein Elektriker vorbeigeschickt, der das Fenster umgehend wieder reparierte. Einen Tag später musste meine Frau mit unserem Sohn ins Krankenhaus und hatte den Wohnungsschlüssel dabei. Die Vermieter organisierten sofort einen Ersatzschlüssel für uns. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden sie sofort wieder buchen!
