This renovated 900 sq. ft. 2 bedroom unit in the B building features a separate dining area, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, fully appointed kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils, two private bedrooms with a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twins and a double bed in the second bedroom, 2 full baths and a private balcony with a partial ocean view.
Smart TV in living room and both bedrooms, free local calling and WiFi included.
Must be 23 years or older to rent.
A parking fee of $5/car per day ($35 for full week) is due upon arrival. A maximum of 2 cars is allowed.
No pets are allowed in the resort or condo.

Please do not take bathroom towels out of the condo. You will need to bring beach/pool towels. Beach chairs are provided.
Along with the bathroom towels, bed linens are provided for you.
When checking out, please remove all garbage from condo, and ensure that dishes are washed and put away (or put into the dishwasher and turned on).
