Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem notwendigen Komfort. Es war eine tolle Woche auf Rügen. Auch unsere Kinder hatten ihren Spaß. Hervorragende Betreuung durch den Vermieter und auch durch die Eigentümerfamilie. Das absolute Highlight war für unsere Kinder die kostenlose Benutzung des Ahoi-Bads in Sellin. Super.

Leider zu teuer für das Gebotene

Die Wohnung liegt in einem alten Haus, das relativ frisch saniert ist. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Die Lage des Hauses ist relativ gut, da nah am Wasser gelegen. Jedoch ist das Haus mit ÖPNV nur schwer zu erreichen. Man sollte in jedem Falle mit dem Auto einreisen - auch um Einkäufe zu erledigen. Die Wohnung war leider nicht 100% sauber. In der Dusche und dem Waschbecken befinden sich alte Duschreste/Schimmel. Ein weiterer Nachteil: die Wohnung lässt sich nicht komplett abdunkeln und der Eingang zum Bad liegt im Schlafzimmer, was leider ungünstig ist, wenn das Baby/Kind bereits schläft. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden, jedoch rechtfertigt die Leistung nicht den horrenden Preis.

Ein regenreicher Urlaub am Ostsee

Unser Urlaub in diesem Sommer an der Ostsee war sehr verregnet - aber es hat im August überall in Deutschland geregnet und darauf hatte der Gastgeber keinen Einfluss. Deshalb waren wir sehr froh, dass die Eintrittskarten für das Erlebnisbad im Pauschalangebot inbegriffen waren! Als wir die Wohnung buchten, gaben wir an, dass wir 4 Personen sein würden. In Wirklichkeit war die Wohnung für zwei oder höchstens drei Personen geeignet, so dass es manchmal etwas eng wurde, vor allem bei dem schlechten Wetter. Trotzdem bereuen wir die Zeit dort nicht.

Wir waren total begeistert von der ruhigen Lage. Strand, Restaurants waren schnell zu erreichen und die Ruhe war traumhaft. Wir hatten eine tolle Hausgemeinschaft, die Kinder konnten miteinander im liebevoll hergerichteten Garten spielen und ein netter Mieter hat jeden Morgen Brötchen für uns mitgebracht. In der Wohnung war alles da was wir benötigten. Es war alles super neu. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Büdnerstube gerne weiter.
