Our not very big, but cozy, sparkling-clean unit, is located in the highly desirable Black Bear Resort.
Near mountains, rivers, waterfalls, trails, etc.
Fully stocked kitchen. King & queen beds. Full bath with a jacuzzi tub (in the bathroom). Gas grill on the deck. Gas fireplace inside. Smart TV. Washer & dryer. Central AC & heat.
No smoking. No pets please (no exceptions due to allergies).
