On 61 m², our apartment provides ample space for up to 6 people. Your holiday home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with WC / bathtub and a furnished terrace or balcony. You will be sleeping in 2 comfortable double beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.



The kitchen in our apartment is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker). A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival.



Wi-Fi is included, Sat-TV. All pictures are intended as examples only. Each unit is individually furnished.

Spacious appartment, good bedrooms, nice beds. Also the bathroom is very nice and modern. Location is good. The wifi. it's soo slow. I measured 2mbit in the evening. Unworkable.

- modernes, sauberes Appartement - ausreichend Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirr; Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler, Badewanne/Dusche, große Terrasse - Müllbeutel, Kaffeepads (Nespresso), Klopapier, Küchenpapier, Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs, Spüllappen nicht vorhanden - nur 1 Schlüssel ist zu wenig - Check-in-Ablauf fragwürdig: zig Mails bekommen; aber Info, dass Schlüssel nicht bei Rezeption in Hauser Kaibling (so Aussage zum Vorab-Check-in) liegt, kam nicht an - in allen Appartements ging Feueralarm->alle raus->Fehlalarm->keine Info seitens Brandmeldewart, dass alles ok ist um wieder zurück zu gehen!

Sehr gute Lage, Sehr gute Sauna, sehr gute Größe des Appartments, schöner Blick, schöner Balkon, Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist, die Verbindung ist sehr gut, Erreichbarkeit ist sehr gut. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. WLAN das ging gar nicht !!! Es war im Angebot includiert, und es war nicht benutzbar !! Wir hätten einige Arbeitsaufgaben erfüllen müssen, das war nicht möglich Küchenausstattung: es fehlten: Teekanne, Schere, Schneidebrett -wichtige Sachen in einer Küche. 1 Schlüssel ist definitiv zu wenig, auch , wenn der sehr gute Schlüsselkasten am Eingang ist. Man kann nur gemeinschaftlich in die Sauna gehen. Muß ständig wieder hochlaufen, um den Schlüssel zu deponieren.
