Summary:
Welcome to your next getaway in North Myrtle Beach which features a unique multi-level layout. The lower level includes the main living space and one private bedroom; while the upper level offers three additional sleeping areas. One of these is an open-air loft that overlooks the living room below, creating an airy feel and visual connection between floors. Another bedroom is accessed by walking through an adjacent room, making it ideal for families or groups who don’t mind a shared passage.
The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking spots. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: Elevator available. Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Coffee machine.
Family room: Access to balcony via sliding door doors. Bed setup. Games and puzzles are available! There are also 3 full sets of golf clubs (one is left handed).
Bedroom 1: Balcony access! 1 queen bed.
Bathroom 1: Bottom level.
Bedroom 2: Queen and 2 twins. This bedroom serves as a passage way to bedroom 3.
Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3: Accessible only by walking through bedroom 2. Twin bed.
Bedroom 4: Open-air loft style bedroom. Queen bed.
Balconies: Multiple. Enjoy!
Pool: The complex has a pool. Open seasonally at HOA discretion.
Beach: Walk out of the community and turn left, towards the ocean. Short stroll over to our beautiful beach. There are children's beach toys and beach wagon available for us. Feel free to bring your beach towels, chairs or other items for your stay.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private in condo.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex (pools/grilling).
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in North Myrtle Beach along South Ocean Boulevard, just steps from the shoreline and close to local dining, shopping, and entertainment along the Grand Strand. It offers a quieter coastal setting while still being a short drive from the main attractions of the Myrtle Beach area. The nearest airport is Myrtle Beach International Airport, located about 23 miles away, with a typical drive time of around 30–35 minutes depending on traffic
Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens monthly The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
