This luxurious villa is located on the island of Krk in the small village of Kras, just 4 km from the sea.

The absolutely quiet location on the edge of nature guarantees perfect relaxation and privacy, with every comfort. Enjoy the perfect mix of natural materials and modern style indoors and outdoors, away from the hustle and bustle and yet close to the island's lively and authentic coastal towns.

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this large, modern villa can accommodate up to eight people on 127 m².

The ground floor offers an open living and dining area with an integrated kitchen, as well as one of the bathrooms and a bedroom with two single beds.

Via the open staircase you reach the upper floor, where you will find two further bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as the third bedroom with a directly connected bathroom. From the latter you have access to the spacious and covered balcony.

The high-quality construction standard with full thermal insulation and UV light absorbing window glass always ensures a pleasant room climate in summer. In addition, the villa has air conditioning units with integrated heating on every floor and, for the cooler seasons, a beautiful fireplace in the living area.

Surrounded by greenery, the fenced property invites you to completely relax and enjoy your holidays, thanks to the spacious pool area with a shaded lounge group and loungers. An ideal place to linger and share experiences during the most beautiful time of the year.

Next to it you will find the covered outdoor kitchen with an integrated stone grill. Enjoy lovely evenings with delicious food and a good glass of wine on the covered terrace with a dining group for up to eight people.

In a few minutes by car you can reach the beaches of the island, surrounded by the crystal clear sea of Croatia, to explore the area or to enjoy the atmosphere with a walk through the coastal towns in the evening.

Our stay in Kras

Kras is a wonderful and quiet village on the beautiful island of Krk. The villa was excellent. It was finished to a very high standard and really well furnished. The bedrooms were all great sizes and the master with its balcony and amazing en suite was exceptional. The small kitchen area was very well equipped and met our needs perfectly. The pool was perfect for us, with lots of seating around the side. It was not overlooked at all. Everyone we met were incredibly helpful - the owners, the house manager, even the next door neighbours! This was our second stay on Krk and the island was even better the second time around. Our highlights were Oprna Bay, evenings at Malinska and Krk harbours, and lazy afternoons by the pool. Everywhere was only 20 mins by car from the villa.

Wohlfühlort Villa Ulika

Erstmal ein großes Dankeschön an Frau und Herrn Berroth, die Besitzer des Hauses, für den super netten und hilfsbereiten Kontakt. Danke Ihnen, Sie sind immer erreichbar und haben sich ganz toll um uns gekümmert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Ulika sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und genauso wie in der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sauber und super gut ausgestattet uns hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, sehr ruhig am Waldrand gelegen und mit dem Auto erreicht man alle umliegenden Orte sehr schnell. Danke für die Liebevolle Betreuung vor Ort durch Sabrina, Ihren Mann und Oliver. Wir können die Villa wirklich sehr weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder Nathalie und die ganze Familie

Erholsamer Urlaub in sehr schöner Villa

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern (12-13 Jahre) im Urlaub. Die Villa Ulika bietet wirklich alles, was man zum entspannten Leben braucht. Alle 3 Bäder sind in ausreichender Größe und Ausstattung, die Küche und der Wohnraum sehr großzügig und mit ausreichend Geschirr und allen Geräten ausgestattet. Wer gerne kocht, vermisst hier rein garnichts, ebenso für's Grillen, was wir sehr häufig gemacht haben, war alles Nötige vorhanden. Da es während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr heiß war, haben wir allerdings in 3 von 4 Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage vermisst, die lediglich im Hauptraum und im großen Schlafzimmer für Abkühlung sorgte. Dies jedoch einwandfrei und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns in dem Haus mit dem wunderbaren Pool und Garten sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war vor Ort durch eine deutschsprachige Mitarbeiterin gewährleistet. Des Weiteren haben sich die Vermieter selbst aus Deutschland telefonisch mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt für ergänzende Informationen. Der Ort Kras liegt naturnah, aber sehr zentral für jegliche Ausflüge und bietet für kleine Einkäufe einen Mini-Supermarkt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit gerne weiter empfehlen!
