Steven, cozy vacation home near the forest and beach

This exclusive vacation home is located in a quiet area on the western outskirts of Prerow. Right near the house, you’ll find access to the bike path that leads through the Darß Forest to the unspoiled western beach. The fine-sand northern beach is about a 10-minute walk away.<br>The heart of the home is the spacious living and dining area with a fireplace.<br>The high-quality, open-concept kitchen—which opens onto the living room—leaves nothing to be desired. A large dining table and a cozy couch round out the living comfort. The house features one bathroom on the first floor and one on the upper floor. One has a spacious shower, and the other has a shower, bathtub, and adjoining sauna.<br>There is an additional bedroom on the first floor that sleeps 1–2 people. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, each with a double bed. These rooms can be darkened and are equipped with insect screens.<br>A maximum of one pet is allowed in this house.<br>Outside, you’ll find a small, beautifully landscaped garden, a large sun terrace, and 2 parking spaces.<br><br>The house “Steven” takes its name from traditional wooden boatbuilding. The “Steven” is the very sturdy piece of wood attached to the front and rear of the boat’s hull, standing more or less vertically.
