The beautifully furnished vacation apartment "Sport Hölzl - Top 9" has a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher etc, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus offers space for 6 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi and cable TV. On the sunny, furnished terrace you can enjoy wonderful moments with a view of the magnificent mountain landscape. There is also a sauna and an infrared cabin in the building, both for shared use.
Apartment Sport Hölzl - Top 9 is located in the center of Königsleiten in Salzburger Land, only a few meters away from the cable cars and local shopping facilities. Whether skiing and snowboarding in the largest ski area in the Zillertal or hiking and biking in the Hohe Tauern National Park, enjoy the diversity of the surrounding mountains.

Due to the central location of the apartment you will find cafes and restaurants just around the corner (200 m). The Königsleiten village cable car can be reached after 650 m (8-minute walk). The slope entrance to the Sonnwendkopfbahn (winter only) is only 160 m (2-minute walk) away. In Königsleiten there is also a grocery store (Spar market), which is only a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The water and sauna world of the Kristallbad in Wald im Pinzgau is only 17 minutes away by car (11 km). In summer, the nearby Durlaßboden reservoir invites you to swim, relax, go pedal boating, etc. Only about 18 minutes by car (13 km) from Königsleiten, you will find the highest waterfalls in Europe - the world famous Krimml Waterfalls.

In case of appropriate snow conditions - downhill skiing, with crossing of a cleared path, up to the house is possible.
Sauna and infrared cabin are in operation daily in winter and in summer after consultation.
Check in and handing over of keys is done by the tourist office Königsleiten:
