The comfortably furnished apartment "Top 7" has a living/bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a bathroom and offers space for 3 people. The apartment house "Kreidl" is located in the tranquil alpine village Königsleiten in Salzburg province, directly at the practice lift "Märchenwald" and at the valley descent of the Sonnwendkopfbahn.

Due to the central location of the apartment you will find cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk (140-400 m). The Königsleiten village cable car can be reached in 9 minutes on foot. The ski slope to the Sonnwendkopfbahn and the Märchenwald lift are right next to the apartment. In Königsleiten there is also a grocery store (Spar market) which is only a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
The water and sauna world of the Kristallbad in Wald im Pinzgau is only 18 minutes away by car (11 km). In summer, the nearby Durlaßboden reservoir invites you to swim, relax, go pedal boating, etc. Only about 15 minutes by car (13 km) from Königsleiten are the highest waterfalls in Europe - the world famous Krimml Waterfalls.
