GENERAL RULES OF THE AIRBNB
It is mandatory to read the rules before making the reservation.
1. Keep noise levels low, especially after 10 pm; there will be a fine from the first warning.
2. Only registered guests and visitors listed on the platform and notified to the host will be given access.
3. Parties are prohibited, as well as walking outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
4. A fee will be charged for towels and/or sheets if they are stained, whether from makeup or any other substance.
5. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
6. Only park in the designated spot.
7. Turn off the air conditioners when leaving the apartment.
8. No pets allowed. If they are service animals, please present documentation.
9. Leave the keys and/or access cards in the place indicated by the host.
10. An additional charge will apply if electricity usage exceeds the allowed limit.
GENERAL RULES OF THE BUILDING AND AMENITIES
1. Common areas of the building must be respected; the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
2. Maintain respectful behavior and actions towards neighbors and security personnel.
FINES
Violating any of the rules in both regulations may result in fines starting at $2,000 MXN.
Damage and/or loss of linens, furniture, or inventory: Replacement or repair cost + 25% of the value for management fees.
Additional cleaning due to excessive dirt, spills on fabrics, and/or smoking inside the property: Starting at $1,500 MXN.
Property damage: Material cost + labor cost + cost of nights that had to be blocked for repairs.
Loss of keys and/or access cards: Replacement or repair cost + 25% of the value for management fees.
Loss of keys and/or access cards will incur a replacement fee of $500 MXN.
