La Terrazza - Grandioser Blick Über Dolceacqua und das Castello Doria

This "house within a house" (Porzione di Casa), which underwent a complete renovation in 2020, is located in the quiet alleys above Dolceacqua’s historic centre and offers a breathtaking view of Castello Doria, a landmark of this medieval town.



Piazza Garibaldi, with its shops, cafés, and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can park in a private spot nearby or in a free public car park just a few minutes from the house.



“La Terrazza” spans three floors. The lower floor features the entryway with a coat closet, a shower room with a window, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living room. On the middle floor, the sleeping area, there are two beautiful bedrooms with double beds—160 cm and 180 cm wide. The larger room has a cosy sitting area with a flat-screen TV. From the smaller room, you can enjoy the view of the Castello. On this floor, there is also another shower room with a bidet and a window.



On the top floor, the converted attic, you’ll find a very spacious living room with a ceiling height of 3.50 m. Here, too, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, and you can relax by the crackling fireplace. For your convenience, the living room also features a built-in kitchenette with a refrigerator. From here, you can step out onto the lovingly landscaped, sunny, and furnished rooftop terrace, which invites you to linger.



Due to its stairs, “La Terrazza” is not suitable for small children under 5 years of age.
