Our holiday home, “Reiteralpe,” is situated in a beautiful location on the picturesque Hintersee. Spending your holiday here means enjoying rustic yet comfortable living in a particularly quiet, sunny spot with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the Hintersee. The variety of hiking trails starting right from the property is sure to delight, as are romantic boat rides on the lake. The adjacent Berchtesgaden National Park offers unique nature experiences and breathtaking scenery. Active travellers will find ideal terrain there for extended mountain bike or hiking tours, as will families who prefer child-friendly alpine hikes. All of the Berchtesgaden region’s tourist attractions are within a few kilometres. Ramsau, Wimbachtal, Königssee, Jenner, Kehlstein, Almbachklamm, Bad Reichenhall with the Rupertustherme, and Berchtesgaden with the Watzmanntherme are all within easy reach. Salzburg, 35 km away, offers a wealth of sights and a cultural programme of international calibre.
