Welcome to my vacation home where as soon as you open up the front door, the ocean views draw you in to a warm and loving environment. What I enjoy most about this house is the calm and peaceful vibe it provides to all my friends & family.
This season I’m not able to use this wonderful space so I thought I would open it up to renting to those who want to experience a similar setting to relax and chill.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it is uniquely situated at the end of a very quiet, private road. Therefore, you do not experience traffic or crowds going by. What you do experience is hearing the sound of bouy bells and watching lobster boats pull in their catch in the distance from the deck. Yet a short stroll to downtown York Beach is within 10 minutes. There you’ll have access to Short Sands Beach, restaurants, and shops. The Nubble lighthouse is a short walk in the other direction. On the way there you’ll pass by one of the more popular ice cream shops around!

What makes this property unique

Upscale yet comfortable, warm and inviting. The grounds are professionally maintained and there are 3 other homes similar to mine which makes this little oasis a private paradise.
