Our tranquil village is situated on a gentle hill, about 550 metres above sea level. From here, you can enjoy an unparalleled panoramic view that stretches over 100 kilometres on clear days. Located right on the edge of the forest, Simmering offers a wealth of outdoor activities right at your doorstep. Explore the unspoiled nature on relaxing walks, long hikes, or bike and mountain bike tours (e-bikes recommended). Immerse yourself in the nature of the Bavarian Forest and let the fresh air rejuvenate you. From here, you’re ideally situated to explore the diverse attractions in our region (car required). Our lovingly designed ***ground-floor holiday apartment (40 m²) accommodates 2 people. Relax on your own terrace with a garden and a magnificent panoramic view. The holiday apartment consists of a bedroom with a sofa bed, a living/dining room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Welcome to your relaxing retreat! Payment can be made either by bank transfer in advance or in cash on site. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets: allowed (8.00 EUR per night, maximum of two pets). Cot/extra bed: yes
