Ocean Park Beach, with its soft sand and crystal-clear waters, is only a short walk away, making Casa Cecila the ideal base for your Puerto Rico getaway. Enjoy this cozy apartment located in a three-story building with just four other units and a pizzeria on the ground floor—perfect for treating yourself after a fun day at the beach. The location couldn’t be better: only between 15- 20 minutes approximately from the airport with easy access to the main avenues. Step inside and you’ll be charmed by the natural light that fills the space, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The family room is spacious and features three futons (two twins and one full), ideal for relaxing or sharing with friends and family. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed. The kitchen is practical and comes equipped with the essentials so you can prepare your own snacks or light meals. The bathroom is roomy and offers a large shower for extra comfort. Although this unit does not include parking, its central location allows you to walk to the beach, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and much more. The building is equipped with a power generator that supplies both the common areas and the apartments, as well as a water cistern. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a pizzeria—perfect for when cravings hit or after returning from the beach hungry. Please note that building, it does not have an elevator; however, you only need to go up to set of stairs to get to the second floor. *NO PETS ALLOWED* NOTE: TM VACATION RENTALS strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. TMVR provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. All our properties are outfitted with: -Freshly laundered bed linens and towels: One bath towel per guest -Soap dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash -Two garbage bags -One roll of paper towels -Two or more rolls of toilet paper (depending on length of stay) -One dish soap -One dish sponge Note: We provide a starter set of amenities for your convenience. You may wish to bring additional supplies for longer stays. Dear Guest, Please remember that upon checkout, you must leave the keys on the property. If the beeper is lost, the condominium administration applies a $100 replacement fee, which will be deducted from your security deposit or charged directly.
