"Gut" mit Punktabzug

Wir sind mit Kindern (2 und 5 Jahre) angereist, da die Whg als "kinderfreundlich/kindergeeignet" beschrieben war. Leider kann man jedoch das Obergeschoss, in dem das wohl für kleine Gäste vorgesehene Hochbett steht, überhaupt nicht verdunkeln, im Sommer bei Süd-West-Fenster für Kinder sehr unglücklich! Außerdem haben wir den angebotenen Balkon vermisst! Sollte man die Terrasse zur unten gehörigen Wohnung nutzen dürfen, wäre ein Hinweis hierfür wohl das Mindeste gewesen. Wir mussten so doch jederzeit mit einem Einzug weiterer Gäste rechnen! Ein weiteres Manko ist ein fehlender Raum zum trockenen Abstellen von Fahrrädern. Abgesehen von den Staubmäusen unter den Betten im Schlafzimmer und den Fettflecken an Herd und Schränken (die ich anstelle der "Endreiniger" sauber gemacht habe) ist das Sofa ein NO-GO! Bloß nicht die Kissen hochnehmen! Die Staubsaugertüte war leider so voll, dass man das miefende Gerät lieber nicht mehr einschaltet. Leute, so geht das nicht! Für den Preis kann man erwarten, dass das, was versprochen wird, auch vorhanden ist! Eigentlich ist es eine schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Bad, gut, nett und ruhig gelegen, aber auf jeden Fall verbesserungswürdig! Wohl auch noch nicht zu Ende gebaut, da teilweise die Fußleisten fehlen bzw. unbefestigt sind.
