"Residenz 14" Holiday Apartment in St. Peter Ording

This 40 m² renovated one-room holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and sleeps 2 people.
Perfect for a short-term spa treatment, accompanying a patient on a spa stay, or a romantic getaway for two. The south-facing balcony overlooking the garden offers space for sunbathing and relaxing. To the side, the captivating ocean view beckons towards the North Sea beach.

The modern living and sleeping area combines comfortable, elegant, and practical furnishings to create a pleasant, bright atmosphere. A comfortable fold-out bed with a spring mattress, along with cosy seating and a dining area, make the living room multifunctional. A large flat-screen TV is provided. Free Wi-Fi is available. A small counter separates the well-equipped kitchenette from the living area. The kitchen features a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. This very centrally located holiday rental is equipped with a bathtub and toilet.

Non-smoking apartment; one small dog allowed upon request for a fee; accommodates 2 people with a baby up to 3 years old; Wi-Fi; bike shelter in the courtyard; shared coin-operated washing machine in the basement; no lift.

Der Check-in hat auf den zweiten Anlauf gut geklappt. Die Küchenausstattung ist wirklich okay. Der WLAN-Empfang funktionierte nur stundenweise. Ein Satz Handtücher für 14 Tage ist grenzwertig, Austausch nach einer Woche sollte selbstverständlich sein und nicht "gegen Aufpreis buchbar". Das Parkhaus muss die Stellplatzbreite den heutigen Autos anpassen. Wir konnten wegen eines überbreiten Nachbarn tagelang den Stellplatz nicht nutzen. Die super zentrale Lage macht Vieles wett.

Wir haben die keine Auszeit im Herbst sehr genossen. Ein schöner Ferienort und eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Ist weiter zu empfehlen.
