Zuerst das wenige Positive:Die Wohnung an sich war Sauber, das Bad und die Küche in Ordnung.Von dem vielen Negativem hier eine kleine Auswahl:Zugang zur Wohnung über einen ungepflegten Vorraum durch eine Treppenhaus in dem es sehr stark nach Hühnerstall roch in unsere Wohnung.Die Moskitonetze vor den meisten Fenstern hatten so große Löcher, das die Schutzwirkung gleich Null war. Die Matratzen waren teilweise unbrauchbar und lagen auf Spanplatten und nicht auf Bettrosten.Die große Terrasse war eine ungemütliche, ungepflegte, betongraue Fläche mit einem Tisch und zwei Bänken. Keine Liegemöbel, keine Möglichkeit für Kinder gefahrlos zu Spielen. Der Boden aus Betonplatten durchzogen von Gras. Spinnweben überall. Eine Nutzung war auch nicht möglich da ein Wespennest in der aufgebrochenen Gebäudedämmung war. Das Schlimmste aber war die Tatsache, das sich direkt unter der Terrasse der Hühnerstall, der Pferdestall und der Ziegenstall befand – mit allem was an Geruchsbelästigung und sonstigem Getier dazugehört. Die Angabe, das die Wohnung auf einem kleinen Bauernhof liegt heißt nicht, das ich als zahlender Mieter MIT und BEI den Tieren wohne.Es gab, außerhalb der Wohnung, keine Möglichkeit etwas auf dem Hofgelände zu unternehmen!Der ganze Hof macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck – schön und gut wenn die Hofbewohner sich dabei wohl fühlen, aber so etwas kann ich nicht für teures Geld vermieten, auf gar keine Fall.Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von diesem Angebot!!!

ruhige und sehr idyllische, naturnahe Lage, trotzdem sehr zentral um Passau, Salzburg, Regensburg und weitete Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Wander- und Badegebiete zu erreichen.Sehr nette und tierfreundliche Gastgeber.Die FeWo ist sehr geräumig und hell, war sehr sauber. Tolle großzügige Terrasse, von der man wunderbar die zum Objekt gehörenden Tiere beobachten konnte.

Sehr nette Gastfamilie,sehr ländliche Gegend,optimal für Menschen die sich eine Auszeit gönnen wollen.Optimale Lage um Hotspots im Umkreis von 100 km zu erreichen.

Nie wieder! Schade um das Geld!

Und vorweg, wir werden nie wieder kommen und würden auch keinem empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu buchen. Wir sind wirklich keine verwöhnten Personen. Wir haben schon in diversen Ländern ( Schweden, Georgien etc.) Unterkünfte bewohnt, die sowohl sauber als auch dreckig waren. Aber diese Unterkunft war mit Abstand die Schlimmste. Unter anderem aus folgenden Gründen: 1. Innenhof: Ist eine schmutzige, mit alten Autos abgestellte Baustelle 2. Eingangsbereich: Dient als Altkleidersammlung und Sperrmüll Lagerung der Eigentümer. 3. Küche/Aufenthaltsraum: Möbelar bestand aus alten und abgenutzten Gegenständen. Stühle und Tische so abgenutzt, dass diese nicht mehr gerade stehen. Geschirr fettig, ungewaschen und einfach nur ekelhaft. 4. Schlafzimmer: Bettwäsche ausgewaschen und mit unzähligen Flecken auf den Bettlaken. Im Allgemeine herrschte ein durchgehender Gestank von alten und feuchten Möbeln. Fazit: Nie wieder! Wir haben den Urlaub abgebrochen und sind früher nach Hause gefahren.
