Escape to this newly constructed townhome in picturesque Burbank. Three bedrooms featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and a queen day bed. Each has it's own full bathroom, plus a half bath adjacent to the kitchen/living room. Griffith Park hiking/biking trails are just outside our door. Centrally located near shops, trails, studios and restaurants! The townhome features a stunning white kitchen with quartz countertops and new Kitchen aide appliances. Relax on our a private outdoor patio as you watch horses trot by. There is a garage and free outdoor parking available.

Enjoy the large grassy common space with lounge chairs, eating tables/chairs and ping pong tables. A firepit and BBQs are coming soon. Burbank offers a unique blend of Hollywood glamour, small-town charm, and extreme convenience in the heart of Los Angeles. Nearby highlights include studio tours at Warner Bros. and Disney, proximity to Universal Studios, our pedestrian-friendly Downtown, and the convenient Hollywood Burbank Airport.
