Nette Wohnung zum günstigen Preis aber..

Das Apartment liegt schön am Meer. Ein paar Fußschritte und man ist am Strand. Die Gegend lädt wunderbar zum Wandern ein. Zum Apartment: Leider hatten wir schon beim Check-in Probleme in das Gebäude zu gelangen. Anders als in der Beschreibung des Vermieters war die Tür zu. Wundern sie sich nicht auf dem Parkplatz. Leider hatte ich keinen Schlüssel für die Parkbucht24 der Wohnung. Nach 10min in der Warteschleife des Vermieters öffnete eine Anwohnerin die ihren Müll wegbringen wollte. Mit dem Fahrstuhl geht es in den zweiten Stock. Nach gut 5min Gefummel am Minisafe ging es dann in die Wohnung. Ein Rückruf vom Vermieter geschah zeitnah. Ich machte die Tür auf und ein höllisches Kratzen schellte durch den Hausflur da die Eingangstür am Boden schleift. Die Wohnung war an sich sauber. Abgesehen von der dicken Staubschicht im Badluftabzug und den Staub auf den Schränken. Der Traps im Badezimmer ist undicht. Das Problem muss bekannt sein da dafür eine Schüssel unter das Becken gestellt wurde. Beim Duschen würde ich mich beeilen da das Wasser nach kurzer Zeit das ganze Badezimmer überschwemmt. Die Duschkopfhalterung ist auch sehr tief verbaut und locker was auch nicht besonders zum Verweilen einlädt. Leider konnten wir an keinem Tag vernünftig ausschlafen. Jeden Morgen ab 6.30uhr hat man Hundegekläffe durch den Hausschacht gehört. Er ist allgemein sehr hellhörig und somit sehr nervig. Die Heizung ist auch nicht angesprungen was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat weil es noch Mild war. Es wirkt im allgemeinen so als hätte man alles schnell schnell gebaut nur um fertig zu sein. An sich schade weil der Stil doch sehr schön ist.
