The bottom floor has a bedroom with 2 twin beds in a bedroom, a sitting area with a high-quality, premium sofa bed, and a bathroom. The house has 3 floors total, sleeps up to 6 guests, and includes high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer.

Casa Azul is built directly on the shoreline bluff to maximize the panoramic ocean views—this unique cliffside setting does not include a yard. It is designed for adults and older children; the home is not equipped for toddler‑age guests. A private parking deck accommodates only up to two vehicles, in compliance with city requirements.
