• Parking & Access: Includes a half-covered parking lot with a 7ft height clearance. Our unit is assigned one parking space; as the stalls are currently unassigned, you are welcome to park in any one available spot. If you have a second vehicle, please note that parking directly in front of the building on 10th Street and in lot directly across from the building (between 9th and 10th St) is paid from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (offering free overnight parking until 8 a.m.). Alternatively, 9-hour free street parking is available just a short walk away on 7th Avenue or Fairholme Drive.
• Accessibility: This is a second-floor unit accessed via wide, winter-ready exterior stairs; please note there is no elevator on-site.
• Amenities: Access to the shared year-round hot tub is managed by the building; it may close periodically for scheduled maintenance or if temperatures drop below -20°C.
• Construction: There is currently ongoing construction nearby during standard business hours only.
• Families: A Pack ’n Play and booster seats are available upon request.
• Safety & Legal: The property is a fully licensed short-term rental with the Town of Canmore. Security cameras are located in public areas for guest safety.

************* Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo. Breaking our non-smoking/vaping policy will result in up to a $500 fine for the cost to eliminate the smoke/vape odours. If you smoke outside the condo, please do so at least 5 meters/16 feet away from the building and pick up your cigarette butts.
************* Check-out instructions:
1. Please leave park pass on the hook by the front (lost pass will be charged back at replacement cost plus $30 admin fee)
2. Take all garbage & recycling to the garbage and recycling room
3. Ensure you leave the fridge and sink empty, and turn the dishwasher on prior to leaving
4. Ensure all hot tub towels are left in the unit
5. Ensure you are out of the unit by no later than 11am so that our cleaners can enter the unit
