We're from Utah County and have lived in the area for most of our lives! We love it here and enjoy so many outdoor activities, including riding Harleys, boating, travel, and sitting next to the river enjoying the beauty around us! We're excited to share our space with others!

A wonderful place that is close to everything you may need but also just minutes from the canyon, mountains, lakes and much more! We love the quiet neighborhood and love our newly acquired home.

Our full acre property is open and welcoming! Equipped with a sand volleyball court, pickleball and basketball court, all with lights to be able to play at night too! Enjoy the closeness of grocery, restaurants, BYU, UVU while also the stunning views of the Wasatch Front. Our private entrance, over the garage apartment also provides you the privacy to kick your feet up and relax!
