Fresh clean air in the loft 75 m2 southwest location, (+3°C through sheltered bay) climate-neutral VENTILATION (windows + doors slidable, skylights), covered laundry patio. SHOWER ROOM (large + daylight) Feeling of freedom through sliding or swinging doors, mirrored, no lock blocks the way, e.g. to the master toilet (beach look) + SLEEPING in the bamboo bed 180x200 cm + wooden parquet (possibly + 2 baby beds) . SALON with cooking corner integrated sink, bistro, TV lounge
The space
(write to us if you need extra beds=extra person) The semi-height glass railings of the partially covered terrace overlook palms, bay and cliffs of Playa de San Marcos on the Atlantic Ocean. By bus TO all beaches and to THE TEIDE. The light-flooded apartment has been renovated in the manner of a loft. It is located about 80 m above sea level.

•floor-to-ceiling glazing towards terraces and sea, there are 2 sofas, which (could) serve as sleeping accommodation for young people ( up to 150cm or 130cm). There is a bistro square with 2 high chairs. BabyTravel cot + highchair CAN be booked.

The PANORAMA COOKING ERKER with induction cooker allows you to prepare your favourite meal with a relaxing view of the palm tree towards the sunset and bay.

je ne suis pas une femme de ménage
tout d'abord une arrivée difficile 2h avant d'avoir le code de la boite à clé la maison était très salle le ménage pas fait et tout était gras et collant pas de couette propre et les draps mouillées sur le tancarville!! j'ai donc commencée notre séjour par faire un grand ménage dans la maison tout était à faire même la vaisselle était douteuse et le matériel de cuisine très usagé Bref pas terrible de plus notre hôte n'étais pas joignable je ne peut pas laisser de photos sur cet avis mais c’était la cata!!!!!!!!
