A short two block walk to the best beach in Sarasota and walk to the best restaurants (The shore, Mar Vista, Whitney’s, to name a few) Enjoy fishing, walking the moonlight alleyways and delight in daily visits/feeding our Pet Peacocks right from your yard. A truly delightful a memorable experience! Private neighborhood boat ramp if needed. You will be completely surrounded by water in tropical beach paradise known for the best sunsets anywhere! The Best Beach is a short 2 block walk. The Large Backyard is a true tropical paradise including shaded lounging, outdoor dining, sunbathing, cornhole and a firepit. This property also comes with a large 1/1 separate detached guest house with Kitchenette, providing complete privacy and additional space. This is a new listing so no reviews yet but I promise you will be very pleased :)

This is by far the best location and neighborhood on Longboat Key. It is also the oldest so filled with charm. It is the same neighborhood that boasts The Shore and Mar Vista ~ two of the most iconic and favored restaurants in Sarasota!

This Newly renovated, spacious and Beautiful home also comes with pet Peacocks. Yes it is a truly magical experience to see them surrounding you and coming for their morning breakfast. There is nothing like it! There are many good reasons to stay in our home but even this reason alone will make it worth it!
