Guests will have access to the entire house, including the five private bedrooms, four full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony, backyard, and private pool. Enjoy free parking on the premises and ample street parking in the neighborhood.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and family-friendly, with a nearby park that adds to its peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.
Getting Around:
While the area is convenient, we recommend having a car or using Uber or other ride-sharing services for the easiest and most flexible way to explore the area.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that for stays of 28 days or longer, a monthly utilities fee applies. The amount may vary depending on the season- usually $25-50/day.
Pool heating:
Spa heating is $59 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included) is $189 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs. before check-in if you want the pool heated and at what temperature. *89-96 is recommended. You will be billed from the time the gas heater goes on.
Please let us know what days and times you want the pool/spa heated so we can schedule it for your stay.
BBQ:
Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it's $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.
PETS: additional fee of $250 minimum per pet. Additional Pet fees may apply, depending on the size and breed.
