The Pirk Reservoir (approx. 5 km) is perfect for swimming and water sports. A wide variety of winter sports activities are easily accessible within a 30-minute drive. Historic cities such as Plauen and Hof, as well as interesting museums and plenty of historical sites, can be explored in the immediate vicinity. Larger cities like Dresden, Nuremberg, Leipzig, and Erfurt are easily reachable within 1.5 hours.
Additionally, there is a table tennis room, a fitness room, a barbecue area, a sauna, a barbecue hut, a large garden with a lawn for sunbathing, and a swimming pool. Parking spaces are available right in the courtyard. A large playhouse, a sandpit, a trampoline, and plenty of space to play will make every child’s heart beat faster.

Our cosy 3-star holiday apartment is fully furnished and offers 50 square metres of living space, including a bedroom with a double bed, a separate children’s room with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower and bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen-dining area. All rooms were completely renovated in 2024 and are furnished to a high standard to ensure your comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, two ceramic cooktops, a mini-oven with a reheat function, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a toaster. The living room features satellite TV and a stereo system. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
You can charge your e-bikes upon request to explore the beautiful surroundings, and a washing machine is also available for shared use.
A travel cot is available in the double bedroom, as well as a high chair.
