The unit is situated on the 2nd floor and only accessible via 49 stairs. No elevators are used in The Jade.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Once you have packed and closed the unit, please lock and put the keys back into the key lock box. Make sure the key lock box is locked.
You would need to advise us at least 24 hours of your departure time. We will supply you with a pin code to exit the estate.
Should you require a late check out, this needs to be arranged prior, once you have made the reservation. Additional fees could apply for late check outs.
