We are pleased to offer you our holiday rental for your trip to the Wällerland region. The property has been awarded 4 stars and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.
With a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom spread over 90 m², the apartment is ideal for two people.
The house is located on the outskirts of Kölbingen, right on the bike path. It is a detached, single-story building with two floors. The property is surrounded by mature trees. The holiday rental has its entrance in the garden (south side).
Our holiday rental is designed for holidaymakers and business travellers who value peace and comfort. We do not operate as an anonymous hotel with a front desk and traditional check-in. Our goal is to ensure you have a thoroughly enjoyable stay in our holiday rental. For this reason, personal contact is important to us.
Everything has been furnished with great attention to detail. We’ve designed the apartment just as we ourselves would like to stay on holiday: personalised, high-quality, and well-thought-out. Our goal is for you to arrive, feel at home, and enjoy your stay: a home away from home.

Kölbingen is located in the heart of the Westerwald yet remains very central—just 16 kilometres from the A3 and easily accessible.
There’s a Greek restaurant right on the street, and a pizzeria just a 5-minute walk away via the bike path.
For hikers: The Westerwaldsteig trail is just 1.3 km from the holiday rental. It’s located in the middle of Stage 5 (Westerburg–Freilingen).

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Two rooms, kitchen, bathroom.
Sun-drenched rooms with a view of the greenery.
From the street, there are seven steps leading down to the garden; the entrance is located directly in the garden.
All rooms get plenty of sun. The bathroom faces east, the bedroom and kitchen face south, and the living room faces west.
There is a connecting door between the kitchen and the living room.
A small pantry is used to store cushions for the patio furniture, cleaning supplies, and other items; additional provisions can also be stored here.



On-site costs: We offer flexible rates depending on the length of your stay. The standard rate is 89.50 EUR per night (minimum 2-night stay). For stays of 7 nights or more, the rate is reduced to 84.00 EUR per night. One-night stays are not part of our regular offerings. However, if you’d still like to stay for just one night, please enquire directly with us. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
