Bonjour nous ne sommes pas trop exigeant au niveau des locations mais celui ci meme si il etait relativement correct quelque points on besoin d etre corrigés A savoir la douche trop etroiteLa machine a laver pas caler se baladait dans la salle de bain pas de wifi dans l appartement comme signalé dans le descriptif 40 degres pas de climSinon location tres propre et le plus c est la place de parking privée Je recommanderai volontier cette location

Cet appartement est propre, lumineux, belle terrasse très agréable, et bien équipé en cuisine. La literie est confortable et propre. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour. Cependant, il manque une climatisation car les 2 ventilateurs ne suffisent pas et l'immeuble et la rue sont très bruyants avec un passage quasi- permanent de véhicules et impossibilité de se garer. La place attitrée est trop étroite et les automobilistes ne pensent pas aux autres lors du stationnement. N. B

Appartamento comodo per 4 persone e in zona silenziosa. Terrazzo ampio per mangiare fuori e in posizione ottimale perché esposto al sole dal pomeriggio. Parcheggio privato molto utile perché è difficile parcheggiare in zona.

Bel appartement, vue dégagée sur colline

Manque de propreté sur les joints de la douche, pas très agréable . La machine a laver le linge demande a être remplacée car très sale et pas stable du tout, le bas est en partie rouillé . VMC ne fonctionne pas. Salon non conforme a l'annonce de la location voir photo qui se rapporte sur le site d'Abritel .Place de parking non utilisable car trop étroit, et la haie coté gauche empiète fortement sur l'emplacement. a part ces inconvénients, bel appartement

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage!

Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben. Ruhig. Die Bilder geben einen guten Eindruck wieder. Ausstattung der Küche mehr als ausreichend um für 4 Personen zu kochen. Spülmaschine eher klein. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man erreicht Hafen und Strand in wenigen Minuten fussläufig. Weitere (auch schönere) Strände in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Parkplatz der Wohnung ist für größere Autos etwas schwierig, aber es gibt Alternativen. Das Interhome Team in Cavalaire ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants très bien situé proche port et centre-ville, manque juste une petite climatisation et il serait excellent
