The residential complex is located in the heart of Kellenhusen. This complex also features the very beautiful and stylish Apartment 3, which is located on the ground floor and measures approximately 61 square metres. The living room is furnished with a spacious sofa area and a high-quality armchair. The bright living area also includes the dining area and the kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. The two separate bedrooms are both very cosy and beautifully decorated. The larger room features a double bed (two mattresses, each 0.90 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. The second room is perfectly suited for two children and includes two single beds (0.80 x 2.00 m), a closet, and a TV. The apartment’s bathroom is modern and stylish; the shower stall is made of glass, and the bathroom is otherwise very spacious. The beautiful, sunny balcony faces southwest and is partially covered. With this apartment, the beauty of the surroundings is right at your doorstep—the Baltic Sea is just a 2-minute walk away. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment. There is a storage room in the basement for bicycles you bring with you. If you’d like to keep your luggage to a minimum, you can easily book a laundry package for your stay in Kellenhusen for a fee; a washing machine and dryer are also available in the building for a fee.
