Start your morning with coffee on the porch while watching the sunrise, spend the day hiking Big South Fork or exploring Cumberland Plateau attractions, and gather around the fire pit in the evening beneath a sky full of stars. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, guests find convenience and comfort throughout their stay. The quaint house keeps you cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it a brilliant retreat no matter the season. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this home provides a welcoming base. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Golf at PGA level golf courses nearby, hike the Cumberland State Park, horseback ride at nearby East Fork, or hang out on the cathedral-ceiling style enclosed back porch - relax and enjoy! Our property features a barn for rent for those traveling with horses - maximum 6, 2 stalls, a lean-to and 7 pastures/paddocks. Electricity and running water in the barn. Proof of coggins, proof of vaccines, signed waiver and additional fees apply.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip the linens from the beds and leave at foot of bed. Kindly start one load of sheets or towels in the washing machine prior to departure. Pods are available for your use,
Return furniture to the order it was found in both inside and outside. Empty the smoke bucket once confirmed all butts are extinguished, into the garbage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Time: our home is in a neighborhood and we value the relationship we have with our neighbors. Please no loud noises after 9 pm.
Stay out of woods, bring own firewood, no flammable materials will be used in fire pit.
Smoking is allowed outside only,. There is a butt bucket on the back porch. Kindly dispose of butts in the bucket and not around the property.
