Direct Gulf-Front Unit with Large Deck/Swing/Free WiFi & Parking

The Beach Front Condominium Complex is located 1.5 miles West of the intersection of Hwy 59 and West Beach Boulevard. It is on a quieter part of the beach, away from the congestion of the high rise condos, yet close enough to all of the amenities that everyone in the family will enjoy, from the youngest to the oldest - NO pets allowed. The Beach Front is a low density, beach-front complex with only 36 units in 2 buildings. It features 4 charcoal grills for bar-b-que fans, 4 picnic tables, a covered gazebo & direct beach access. Parking is on ground level below the condo. Only 2 small vehicles or 1 large vehicle are allowed. The 1st vehicle must pull up as far as possible in assigned parking cubby, the 2nd vehicle must pull up closely behind the 1st vehicle and cannot stick out past the overhead walkway.

Unit 602 Features:
This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located on the lower level of the West building with just one flight of stairs to beach access. Unit 602 is one of only four direct gulf-front condos in this complex. It has a large, gated, covered deck with a swing and table/chairs for outdoor dining. It offers everything you need for family or friends to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The living room has a sofa, love seat and recliner. You will enjoy watching your favorite cable show on the flat panel TV. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs so the gang can sit down and enjoy meals together or play your favorite board games. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow-top mattress, a side table, lamp, ceiling fan and flat screen TV with cable. The second bedroom offers sturdy bunk beds and 1 twin bed, a side table with a lamp and a flat screen TV with cable. Floors are ceramic tile and luxury vinyl plank - NO carpeting.

KITCHEN:
In our unit, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen sure to fulfill all of your cooking needs. There’s a full size refrigerator with ice maker, new electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. You'll also find dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, storage containers, drip-style coffee maker, toaster, mixer and, most importantly of all, a blender to make your stay in Paradise a little more relaxed!

Upon arrival, you will find 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, laundry packet, dishwasher tab, dishwashing liquid and garbage bag to get you started. Bath linens, bed linens and blankets are provided and a stack washer/dryer is conveniently located in the unit for your use. You only need to bring your beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella or you can rent loungers and umbrellas during the busy season on the beach in front of the complex.

RENTAL INFORMATION:
An initial 50% payment is due upon booking to secure your requested dates. Remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.
Damage Deposit (up to $200.00) - will only be charged within 14 days after departure to cover any damages which occurred during stay, re-keying of door locks due to missing keys or late departure after 10 AM.
Cleaning Fee - $150.00
Lodging Tax - 16%

This is our second stay at a condo at this location and our first stay in this particular condo. The deck added a lot to our experience and was a great feature of this location. Everything we needed for our stay was included and we were able to have fun and relax. We would definitely recommend this location to other travelers. If your top priority is an amazing view and to be close to the beach this is the place for you. The porch with a swing is a nice perk. Several good restaurants within a short driving distance. The condo itself was clean but needs a deep cleaning (baseboards, vents, etc).

Great stay from start to finish. Right on the beach with a fantastic porch to enjoy the surf and sunsets. Quiet property that is close to everything without being in the middle of it. Owners were fantastic to work with and very helpful in preparing for the stay. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Overall very happy with the property! The best part for me was the location and the deck overlooking the Gulf! It is literally right on the beach. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck then just a few steps to have your feet in the sand!

I am an RN and retired Professor of Nursing. My husband is retired from Shell Chemical. We have owned beach front properties in Gulf Shores for over 39 years. Our two kids grew up spending every summer at the beach and we can now do the same with our 5 grand kids. This unit has offered our family countless years of pleasure and we are happy to share it so that you can make your own lasting memories.

Why they chose this property

We really love the quiet, family-friendly atmosphere of the Beach Front complex. It's so different than being in one of those high rise buildings with elevators that don't work half the time. There are only 36 units in the complex with lots of beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy a spot.

What makes this property unique

We are on the lower floor so you only have 1 flight of stairs to beach access (some here have 2 flights and there is no elevator!). Parking is free, assigned only to you and under your condo. BUT, the most unique feature of Unit 602 is the LARGE, GATED, GULF-FRONT deck that offers shade, a swing, and a table and chairs for outside dining. There are only 4 condos that are directly gulf-front with decks in this complex. So you'll be the envy of all your vacationing neighbors when you are sitting on your deck swing enjoying the spectacular views. Don't hesitate to book early - our dates fill up quickly!
