This charming accommodation with a balcony and sea view covers approx. 45 square meters on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building and can accommodate up to 4 people. The large and bright living/dining room with integrated kitchen creates a welcoming atmosphere. The adjoining bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which can be pushed together if required.
The balcony, equipped with comfortable garden furniture, offers a breathtaking view of the fjord and a panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The living room has a high-quality pull-out sofa that can be used as a comfortable guest bed. All windows can be darkened at night, allowing you to enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding coastline. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the offer.
The booking price includes the use of a designated parking space. Access to the communal laundry room is located near the covered parking spaces on the ground floor. There you will find a washing machine and dryer, and there is also a storage room for bicycles.
