Great experience. Had a small hiccup with checking into our room since it was being painted when we walked in but they upgraded us to the nicest room they had and it made it all worth it.

The resort is well taken care of and clean. The unit was in perfect condition and had everything we needed! We didn’t get to enjoy the resort amenities and activities offered due to being there for a competition plus time at the parks but info was text to us each day about it and the staff responded immediately with answers to questions through text as well! Fresh mulch and spring flowers were being installed with part of the breezeway floors at the elevators being painted but not a disruption to us or movement in and out of our unit to vehicle. Handled professionally the entire time!

The room itself was great. I thought my listing said coin operated washing/ drying, but there was one in the room. The unit we were in was towards the back, which I loved because it was quiet and away from all the resort noise. My only complaint was there was zero parking when we arrived to the building where you check in. After walking distance to get inside, I had to wait in line about 30 minutes to check in. Other than that delay to start my vacation, everything else was fine.

Listing did not show that there is a 150 per feeJust know before you book so it doesn’t happen to you like it did for us. The host ignored us once we brought up the fact that we had no idea it was going to be that much. Also the ac in the bedroom when it turns on is sooooo loud it would wake us up every time and it blows right on you with no way of changing the direction of the vents.

I had emailed asked no to add an extra day and ALSO be able to check in at 2am. I received an email back stating my request has been approved. When we arrived at the resort I was told that we couldn’t check in and needed to come back at 10am, so my family was without a place to sleep after driving 20 hours. I was pretty disappointed.

We checked in late and that’s fine, but our 1st room had dead bugs and black stuff on the tub and floor. The manager on duty was great and handled it great. Our second room was also dirty but our 3rd room was better. You could see the floor was not vacuumed but by this point I was tied. The manager also saw how dirty the rooms were and said it was not ok. Even though all that happened like I said he was amazing. However the check out process is what kinda made me mad. I called and asked if we could get a luggage cart or if they knew were we could get one. The lady pretty much said sorry can’t help with finding one it may be in a room. Now we had to carry all our luggage down from the 4th floor. This would not have bothered me if at check in one of the people who helped us had a hand held luggage cart the unfolded to help us up. He was very kind and we did tip him for being so nice. We have stayed at one of these properties before and loved it so that’s why we choose it again. As big as the property is they should have several carts available at each building. At this point I was just ready to go. Check in was good even with the hiccups, check out not so much.
