* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am. Early check-in or late checkout at no extra charge when availability permits. Just ask—we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.
* Check-in – Secure keyless entry with codes sent via email and text.
* Pool & Hot Tub Hours – Pool open April–October (9 AM – Sunset), Hot tubs available year-round. Pool Access Card is available in the condo. Please bringing your own beach/pool towels if possible, towels are not provided at the pool.
* Free On-Site Parking. Parking access code sent via email or text, the parking tag is available in the condo. Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed.
* Free shuttle service runs from May-Sept and the schedule can be found online. The shuttle takes you directly to the public beach area at 46th Street & South Ocean Blvd, making it easy to enjoy the ocean without worrying about parking.

**Important to know**

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay
* NO smoking, NO pets and NO parties/events allowed
* Daily housekeeping is unavailable. An ample supply of towels is provided for your stay. We do not provide towel replacement during your stay; a washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Our trip was wonderful! This location is definitely convenient, the Condo unit was comfortable and spacious. The view and breeze each day ftom the balcony was definitely a plus. We have already talked about staying here again!!

This was, by far, one of my favorite rental experiences. The unit was very spacious, well stocked with basic supplies, and had beautiful furniture. We took a large family there and had a wonderful time. The pool was especially delightful and being so close to Barefoot Landing was perfect. I have nothing to offer but a high recommendation!
