Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please rinse used dishes and load them in the dishwasher. Also, collect all trash and put in the kitchen trash can.
Please put used towels in the hamper by the laundry area.
Please turn off the TV, lights, and fans. Close and locked the back door. Then press the top button on the front door keypad.

My husband and I just stayed at this property (with our 2-year-old Aussie) while we were in the area looking at real estate. As the properties we were considering were in Conway and Little River, the location worked well for us. The home was extremely clean and nicely decorated. This is a very new rental property, so the kitchen was not quite as well-supplied as other places we have stayed, but I'm sure this is something that will get better with time. It is worth noting that the yard is only partially fenced. Our pup really enjoyed having a yard to play fetch and frisbee in, but if you've got a dog that might be inclined to wander or run off, you should note that the yard is not fully enclosed. Communication with the hosts was very good
