Mountain views shift from gold to rose as daylight fades across the Sonoran Desert, and the stillness of a private golf community wraps the property in quiet you can actually feel. Whether your days call for floating in the pool, firing up the outdoor kitchen, or doing nothing at all in the backyard while the sun does its work - this Palm Desert home is built for both togetherness and total decompression.


Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, each outfitted with a king bed, a 75` TV, and an en-suite bathroom for complete privacy. The primary suite steps up with dual sinks and dual water closets. A separate casita adds further flexibility - ideal for guests who want their own space within the property. Throughout, you`ll find extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage to settle in properly.


Outdoor living
The backyard is the heart of the home. A pool and private hot tub (available all year, open 24 hours) anchor the outdoor space, flanked by multiple seating areas and outdoor furniture. When evening arrives, gather around the fire pit or take the cooking outside to the private outdoor kitchen, complete with a BBQ grill. Mountain views frame the entire setting, and a private entrance keeps arrival and departure straightforward. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50 per day (to 86°F) - typically needed October through May. In summer months, the pool naturally runs between 85-95°F.


Living and entertainment
Multiple living areas inside offer comfortable spaces to unwind between outdoor sessions. A TV and sound system give you a proper setup for movies or game day, and an indoor fireplace adds warmth on cooler desert evenings. For those working remotely or staying longer, an Ethernet connection and dedicated workspace keep you fully functional.


Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, toaster, blender, baking sheet, barbecue utensils, and a coffee maker. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals, and coffee is provided to start your mornings right.


Essentials and safety
The home includes Wifi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, iron, hangers, and all bathroom essentials. Safety is covered with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras including a Ring doorbell camera facing the driveway. Free parking on premises accommodates up to 5 vehicles in the driveway (no garage parking), plus an EV charger for electric vehicles. A Pack `n play/travel crib is available for guests traveling with young children. Long-term stays are welcome.


Location
Situated within the Big Horn Golf Club community, the property sits minutes from El Paseo shopping and a short drive from golf courses, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and the Empire Polo Fields - with the quiet and privacy of a gated residential setting always waiting when you return.


A few good-to-knows
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge - just ask and the team will do their best to accommodate. A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. The outdoor music system is operated via the Denon Receiver in the living room cabinet to the left of the fireplace - refer to the instruction sheet on-site. The team will meet you with a physical key. Guests have access to the full estate, with the exception of the locked primary suite (not pictured). We recommend against shipping packages directly to the home.
