Welcome to “Dreamhus Borgsum”

This single-family home, newly built in 2016, is situated in a quiet and sunny location—it’s an oasis of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life
. The light-filled living-dining area with a wood-burning stove and high-quality furnishings are sure to delight, as are
the terrace with a beach chair and the on-site sauna.

With approximately 190 m² spread over 3 levels, this high-quality holiday home offers plenty of space for up to 6
people and 2 babies.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the shower room/bathroom, the utility room with a washing machine and dryer available for free use
, and the light-filled living-dining area with a wood-burning stove, a separate dining set, and an open, modern built-in kitchen.
From the living area, you also have direct access to the south- and west-facing terraces, which feature garden furniture and a beach chair. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find, among other things: a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven with ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, hand mixer, electric kettle, coffee maker, and all sorts of pots and pans for cooking and baking. There is an ample supply of dishes and silverware.

The three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—are located on the upper floor, along with the bathroom with a tub and toilet and the in-house sauna. In the attic, there is another lounge area with floor cushions, in case the weather isn’t ideal.

Super schönes Haus

Wir waren bereits das zweite mal da. Das spricht denke ich für sich. Was super wäre, wäre wenn von der Agentur ein Treppenschutzgitter gestellt werden könnte und ein Topper für das Bett/die Betten zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Dort klaffen die Matratzen wirklich extrem weit auseinander und es ist sehr unbequem zum schlafen. Ansonsten war alles top - alles da, was man braucht, um sich pudelwohl zu fühlen.

Wie bereits bei unserem Telefonat auf Ihre Anfrage hin mitgeteilt, wäre es notwendig, schon bald das Haus wieder "in Ordnung" zu bringen (Farbe, Tapete, Riss im Badezimmer, undichte Duschabtrennung oben, fehlende Topfdeckel, häufig verwendetes Kochgeschirr, verstopfte Dachrinne rechts vom Hauseingang, Müll-Türen-Sicherung), damit es weiterhin ganz besonders bleibt!

Perfekt für Familien

Ein etwas höherwertiges Haus. Der ausgebaute Dachboden mit Fernseher als Rückzugsort für Kinder und Jugendliche ist etwas Besonderes, was man in der Form wohl kaum findet. 👍
